We understand that finding companies willing to offer internships can be a challenging task. From the company’s perspective, the cost of training and compensating students often feels more like a loss than a profit. To address this, we are focusing our efforts on FIRST high school students, who typically possess strong STEM skills, including programming, design, mechanical, electrical, organizational, and communication abilities. By targeting this group, we create a win-win situation where both students and companies have the opportunity to expand their knowledge and skill sets. Additionally, this internship program exposes students to various fields and careers, strengthens their college applications, and allows companies to train and shape their future workforce, ultimately helping them reach a broader talent pool.
